Lean and Green: Grilled Blackened Salmon with Green Beans
Wow, what a great way to finish the day. My wife made me a gourmet meal that totally fit into the medifast diet. The Lean and Green meal she made consisted of blackened salmon that was grilled on the barbecue. Fresh, steamed green beans and two low-carb carbquik biscuits.
The drink on the side is decaffeinated sun tea. A great way to infuse anti-oxidants into your meal. The salmon came from Sams Club and we purchased the carb quik (low carb baking mix) online from amazon.
